I've heard people play mechanically like automatons on the organ.
They have good technique and can play quite fast but their playing lacks humanity.
It's fun to listen to such playing... for about 20 seconds.
After that - it's too predictable.
What's the secret here?
Of course to stress the strong beats. Make them longer. And not necessarily every strong beat in the measure, perhaps only the most critical ones in the sentence or in the musical idea.
Then you will sound like a human being and people will be touched by your playing.
