This piece is based on the famous Gregorian chant tune for Corpus Christi Sunday "Lauda Sion Salvatorem". The right hand part features rhythmically free interpretation of the chant while the left hand has interesting modal harmonies in ostinato rhythmic pattern. This composition can be played both on organ with pedals or on any keyboard instrument, such as piano or harmonium without pedals. I'm playing it on our folding reed organ Henrietta which was gifted to us by Dagmar Hamberger, restored by M.A.M Fisharmonie i Organy (Marcin Majak) and tuned by Jakub Wszołek. Hope you will enjoy it!
