This morning I feel the urge to skip my organ practice.
Maybe just this one time. Is it possible it won't hurt? Yesterday I practiced quite enough. Perhaps the deadline is not so soon. Maybe I can make it up the next day.
But it's also possible (and probable) that my lizard brain will try to negotiate with me and talk me out of practicing tomorrow too.
If I miss just one day of practice, the next time it will be more difficult for me to resume where I left off.
All I have to do today is to sit down on the organ bench.
The rest will take care of itself.

Don't have an organ at home?
Download paper manuals and pedals, print them out, cut the white spaces, tape the sheets together and you'll be ready to practice anywhere where is a desk and floor. Make sure you have a higher chair.
