Happy Reformation Sunday! Today I'd like to share with you a powerful chorale prelude Ein feste Burg ist unser Gott by Georg Michael Telemann (1748-1831) which I recorded on the organ which has the widest pedalboard I have ever played (C,D,E-e'). In this video you will see me reaching for the low C with the full length of all my leg. Hope you will enjoy the sound of the oldest organ in the Baltic states (built in 1701 by Cornelius Rhaneus, Ugāle, Latvia). Ausra and I would like to thank our friend organ builder and Lutheran pastor Janis Kalnins for invitation and hospitality to play on this unique instrument last summer!
