On the occasion of All Saints Day I improvised a partita with 6 variations based on the tune For All the Saints (SINE NOMINE). Here's the structure:
00 1. Chorale harmonisation in 4 parts with pedals (Principal 8)
52 2. Echos contrasting Trompete and Vox Humana stops in triple meter
14 3. Runs in triplets with flutes 8, 4 and 2
04 4. Harmonisation in the minor mode (Flute 8)
03 5. Running bass (Trompete) and chords in the right hand (principals 8 and 4)
12 6. Ornamented soprano line (flutes 8, 4 and 3) against repeated chords (flute and quintadena)
54 7. Organ Pleno with double pedals in triple meter (hymn tune in the right foot)
