Quarantine

Yesterday I was finishing cleaning our house and my fitbit buzzed me to remind that I still have to step 46 steps to win the hour?. But I was cleaning for almost for 4 hours, not lying on the sofa...
Anyway I thought about quarantine yesterday and I came to a conclusion that we soon fill up not only hospitals for infection diseases, but for mental diseases as well...
