The point of an interesting life is that it has all kinds of emotions. Sometimes positive. Sometimes negative.
Organ practice is like that, too.
How often do you finish the day with that burning episode which you didn't succeed in mastering?
That's good because you tried and gave all you've got.
How often do you go to bed without knowing what to do next?
It counts because you sat on that organ bench.
How often does your public performance sounds crappy?
It doesn't matter because you show up.
The negative feelings will change into positive. Soon or later.
Until then, do work worth doing.
