When you're sitting on the organ bench, notice, how your worries gradually disappear. First, your mind is wandering all over the place. Regretting the past or fearing the future. But after some short 15 minutes, your body aligns with your mind through breathing and you are starting to feel calm. Peaceful. Whatever grudge you had towards other people or yourself, you can let go of. Forgive and forget. It feels good. Really good. It's like you're transported to a place from which you don't want to come back too quick. It's a moment of bliss, I guess.
