As soon as you start to use some chromatic harmonies they think:
"Oh, it must be German music, let's switch to the Mendelssohn system now."
"Wait a second, it's not chromatic - it's modal - time for Cavaille-Coll".
Do you know how to drive those presets crazy? You alternate between chromatic and modal every measure. Perhaps they'll explode:
"Oh no, it's neither German, nor French style. It's Lithuanian! We don't have the presets for that."
