When we're sick, our only thought is about healing.
How miserable this moment is.
No wonder we want to skip practice, to skip creating, to wait for better days.
Although sometimes we would like to ignore it, our physical health situation dictates how we are able to practice organ playing or any kind of creative work.
But what if the opposite is actually true?
What if our practice helps to keep our minds occupied while we're struggling to heal and feel better?
Before you are tempted to disagree with me, just look at Stephen Hawking.
The same is when we focus our mind on the current measure. Then our body can feel relaxed but the mind - like on fire.
